The experience will begin when you make your initial contact requesting an appointment via text or email. When you arrive for your appointment you will enter the salon via the door closest to the road. Once inside the foyer, you’ll walk past a stairway to your left. I am the second door down the hall to your right. My name is posted above the door to my suite.  You will be greeted by me and we’ll spend a few minutes getting acquainted after which we will begin our consultation. For your comfort and convenience, our salon offers free wifi, snacks, coffee, tea, beer or wine, and phone chargers.
 
During the consultation process, we will make a plan not only for your first appointment but for appointments to come, ensuring we meet the goals you have for your hair.  If your appointment includes a color process, a custom color will be formulated for you and notes carefully stored for future reference.  I will seek to create a style that enhances your face shape and is suitable for your lifestyle and overall goals. Styling tips and tricks are always shared to educate you on re-creating the style at home.

 

We’ll wrap up your appointment time by sharing recommendations for at home care as well as reserving your next appointment time. You can expect a follow-up call or email within a week to ensure your style meets your expectations.
