Policies

Cancellation Policy:

 

-Please allow at least 24 hours for all cancelations. All no show appointments/cancelations/reschedule less than 24 hours will require a non-refundable retainer of 50% of service scheduled for all future appointments at Laura Yoder Hair Design.


-There are no refunds for services rendered. If there is an issue, all attempts will be made to rectify the situation. Any issues must be brought to my attention within 1 week of initial service.


-Laura Yoder Hair Design is not responsible for fading of hair color or decreased longevity of keratin smoothing treatment due to improper care, or using products purchased from other retailers.


-Retail products cannot be refunded. If the product is unused/unopened, it can be exchanged for another product or credit may be applied to your next visit.

New Client Form

All new guests are required to fill out a New Client Form prior to receiving their first service.

 

You can arrive at your appointment 10 minutes early to fill out the form or, you can fill the form out online below.
